You can try a box of Kellogg’s Blueberry Muffin Frosted Mini-Wheats for FREE after mail-in rebate. The rebate is valid until July 31, 2009.
To receive a rebate check, you will need:
1. Completed official order form found inside specially marked packages.
2. Original cash register receipt dated between 6/1/2008 and 7/31/2009 with price circled. Photocopies are not acceptable.
3. One (1) UPC symbol from Kellogg’s® Frosted Mini-Wheats® Blueberry Muffin Cereal.
4. Request must be postmarked by 7/31/09 and received by 8/10/09.
Limit one request per name, address, or household.
Allow up to 8 weeks to receive a rebate check.
