This blog used to be an ebook! I wrote an ebook entitled “100 Ways to Save Money” (100 just sounded like a good number) back in 2008. I put a lot of hard work and effort into creating and advertising it, but I just didn’t sell very many.

The sales page has been sitting around collecting dust ever since. The thing is, it still gets 1,200+ unique visitors a month (as of March 31, 2011) — that’s a lot of people looking for ways to save money!

I have been looking for a way to generate a little extra income, so I decided to dust off the ebook, convert it into a blog, and slowly drip feed the entire ebook — plus lots more! — for free. The economy hasn’t gotten much better since 2008, so I know a lot of people will find the tips useful. In fact, back when I wrote the ebook, coupon clipping and deal hunting seemed almost shameful. People thought I was nuts! Now it seems like everyone is looking for the next best deal or money saver.
